Terms of Service.

Acceptance

By using nbgate (the website, the API gateway, or any service under nbgate.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Fair use — rate limits

Every API key has a requests-per-minute (RPM) limit based on its token pool. Spamming requests beyond your RPM limit is prohibited. Exceeding the limit returns HTTP 429 — retry after the indicated cooldown. Repeated deliberate abuse of rate limits may result in key revocation without refund.

No abuse of inactive models

When a model is marked unavailable (maintenance or limited stock upstream), do not send repeated requests to it. Models that are offline return errors by design — hammering them wastes gateway resources and may trigger automatic enforcement. Check the models page for live availability before sending traffic.

Prohibited use

You may not use nbgate for illegal activities, including but not limited to: fraud, phishing, distribution of malware, unauthorized access to systems, generation of child sexual abuse material, or any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.

You may not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, billing, or access controls. You may not resell access to nbgate keys without prior written agreement.

Account and API keys

One account is entitled to one active API key. You may rotate (change) your key once per hour — the old key stops working immediately and a new one is issued. Keep your key secret; requests made with your key are your responsibility.

Keys are shown once at creation. If you lose your key, rotate to get a new one.

Billing and tokens

Token quota is consumed based on the model's multiplier (shown on the models page). A 2× model consumes 2 tokens of quota per token of output. Token purchases are final — tokens do not expire but are non-refundable once issued.

Purchases can be made via QRIS (IDR) or cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC). Payment confirmation is automatic; contact support if a payment is not credited within 15 minutes.

Service availability

Models are served by upstream providers. Availability, latency, and output quality depend on those providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific model uptime. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may temporarily make models unavailable.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to warn, rate-limit, suspend, or revoke keys and accounts that violate these terms. Serious violations (illegal use, fraud, deliberate abuse) result in immediate suspension without refund.

Automated abuse — including spam scripts (Python or otherwise), error floods, deliberate hammering of unavailable models, or any tool built to bypass rate limits or exploit the gateway — results in a permanent ban of the account and all associated keys, with no refund and no appeal. We monitor traffic patterns and enforce proactively.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the website or via Telegram.
