What nbgate is

nbgate is an OpenAI-compatible API gateway. One API key gives you access to many AI models with a single token quota. The service is operated by the team behind the Telegram bot @NbStoreuBot.

Data we collect

Google account data — your name, email address, and profile picture — when you sign in with Google (scopes: openid, email, profile). This identifies your account and shows who is signed in.

Session data — a random session cookie, plus the IP address and browser user-agent recorded at sign-in, to keep you logged in and to detect abuse.

Gateway usage metadata — for each API request: which model was called, token counts, HTTP status, and latency. This meters your quota and powers the live metrics shown on the models page.

We do not collect payment card data. Purchases happen through our Telegram bot with QRIS; we never see your card.

What we do not store

The contents of your prompts and completions are not stored by nbgate. Requests are forwarded to the upstream model provider to be served; we keep the metadata (model, token counts, status, latency), not your content.

How your data is used

To authenticate you into the dashboard, to show your key and quota, to meter and enforce your token allowance, to keep the gateway safe from abuse, and to support you when you contact us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Storage and security

Account and session records live in a database on our server. API keys linked to an account are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Signing out revokes your session server-side. Browsers never receive your raw API key.

Third parties

Google — sign-in identity only (name, email, profile picture).

Upstream AI model providers — your API requests are forwarded to them to generate responses; they receive the request you send, not your Google account data.

Telegram — our sales and support channel; if you buy keys or contact support there, Telegram's own terms apply to that conversation.

Retention and deletion

Sessions expire after 12 hours and are revoked immediately when you log out. Backups rotate out after 3 days. To delete your account or a linked key, message @NbStoreuBot on Telegram and we will remove it.
